When I decided to put my home on the market with Fiore, he was visiting relatives in Italy with his family. He took the time to call his colleague Sandy to begin working with me, painstakingly updating her on my situation, and later he called me to follow through on any questions that I still might have had. I had faith and confidence that he would do his best for me and he did. In addition, he was exceptionally trustworthy and conscientious. I could not have asked for anything more. Fiore was fantastic! I knew he would hustle for us, and that is why I thought to call him. In late July, we got the crazy idea to sell Martin's Eastlake condo and move into something new before our November wedding. I ran the idea past Fiore and he had the condo listed four days later. Before we knew it, we were closing on the Eastlake condo and moving into a sunny perch on Capitol Hill. Fiore kept his cool when we were getting tense with the multiple transactions. I look back and can't believe we decided to list, sell, look, buy, pack, move and unpack in the three month window before getting married. What were we thinking? But every morning I wake up and see our Cascade view and gleaming hardwoods and I am thrilled that we did it. Our new place is perfect! Thanks, Fiore!
